Celebrated the New Year in style! The suite we stayed in was spacious and perfect for the occasion. The living room was large enough to accommodate all of us with a great dining table for six people. The extra guest bathroom with a fine shower was very convenient. The bedroom had a comfortable double bed with fine furniture and a big bathroom with double washbasin. The location was key, and we enjoyed the restaurant's great offer of 10% discount for the hotel guests.
The tea cup provided was not enough for a couple and the safe box in the room was not working. There were not enough hangers for a two-person stay.

The room was comfortable with plenty of space and a cozy bed. the staff was friendly and willing to help. Breakfast was varied and tasty, with a wide selection of options to choose from. the location was convenient with easy access to nearby attractions.
The lack of attention to detail in the room was a letdown, with only one tea cup and a faulty safe. the absence of air freshener in the bathroom was noticeable.

We stayed at this luxurious 4-star hotel for three nights. The room was clean, spacious, and had a comfortable bed. The staff were kind and helpful, providing excellent service throughout our stay. The breakfast options were good and varied, although we didn't have access to hot food. The restaurant "Dikanka" was a great option for meals, with a 10% discount for guests. The location was also very convenient, being near the city center.
